Greg has practised as a solicitor for nearly 39 years principally in the areas of corporate and commercial law, property law and commercial disputes.
Presently Greg works as an in house lawyer for 3 different groups of companies including 2 listed companies. Previously Greg was a partner at a medium sized city firm and then a consultant at one of the big 4 international accounting firms.
Since graduating from Sydney University with arts and law degrees Greg has advised companies on all aspects of their businesses including acting on share and business sales and acquisitions, contract drafting, compliance, employment issues and commercial disputes.
Greg has also acted in property transactions including sale, purchase, financing and leasing of industrial, commercial and residential property as well as advising on property law issues and disputes.
Finally Greg is experienced in will and estate matters.
