Jason Claughton – Solicitor

Jason is a solicitor at BlandsLaw with experience in employment law and workplace relations.He assists employers and employees with workplace disputes and related employment issues. His work includes employment contracts, workplace policies, disciplinary matters, terminations, Fair Work Commission proceedings, unfair dismissal claims and general protections claims.
Before joining BlandsLaw, Jason gained experience in boutique legal practice and employment claims management. He has assisted with employer responses, evidence review, workplace investigation issues and preparation for Fair Work Commission conciliations.
His approach is clear, practical and free from unnecessary legal jargon. He takes the time to understand each client’s circumstances and helps them identify practical options to resolve workplace and business issues efficiently.
Fluent in Korean, Jason is also interested in assisting clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
